    u r making a mistake .. these are very advanced exercises, for people with experience..

    doing these without prior condition will lead t jint pains, etc

    maybe u should focus on telling u r blog readers how to begin slowly

    more important than exr is the correct breating..or u would end up with hernia

      Dude.. as i mentioned… its an Inspiration for people to get going with their fitness routine. Not necessarily a see and do demo.. anyway.. its not that complicated and tuf one to end up with hernia or something… if u are already doing some workouts.. u would automatically know the nuances.. that would do a lot to improvise on ur existing routines :-) try a few..
