inspiring young future-entrepreneur

I was in a salon for a hair cut. I met a young chap who was  the owner of that salon. While I was awaiting my turn, I was watching this guy cut hair for a 7 year old kid. The kid and this guy were fluently conversing in English. It was quite strange to find a English speaking barber in this type of downtown salon. So I got interested in this guy and started conversing with him. To my amazement, this guy is a B.Com graduate and currently pursuing full-time MBA in a reputed institute. I asked him, if he was interested in a job after MBA. He replied that salaried job would not suit him. He had greater plans. He wanted to open a chain of salon across the city. He wanted to move up from being a barber to a hair stylist. He gave a brief of his plans and I was wonder-struck.  They were quite simple, yet sure-shot success plans. This guy was not more than 25 years old and he has knowledge that one would take 25 years of professional experience to gain.

India needs young entrepreneurs like him and not anymore corporate slaves like me.
